Charlotte Kaldager

Charlotte Kaldager has over 20 years of leadership experience from the private and public sector, specialising in digital transformation, service development and change management. She has led major digitalisation initiatives, built cross-disciplinary teams and developed solutions that strengthen quality, efficiency and collaboration across organisations and administrative levels. Among other roles, Charlotte has headed the unit for digital development in Bærum Municipality, served as Director of Projects and Development at Frisk Gruppen, and led work inclusion programmes. Through her work with digital transformation, welfare technology development and work inclusion, she has built broad experience in designing governance structures for cross-disciplinary service development. At Nyby, she applies this expertise to support municipalities and organisations in developing strategies and structures for effective and sustainable collaboration between societal actors.
