What drives me
I am motivated by the idea of a public sector that is smart on the inside and simple on the outside, where technology and collaboration are used to create more value for citizens and employees. When needs grow and capacity is under pressure, we have to organise ourselves better and get more out of the resources we already have. Nyby is about making this achievable in practice: connecting people, services, and resources in secure collaborative networks that deliver measurable results. It is this combination of societal mission, systems change, and concrete delivery that drives me.
