Why are you passionate about the welfare society of tomorrow?

I am motivated by making change achievable in practice, so that we can deliver better services with the resources we actually have. When we succeed in connecting people, competence and tasks across silos, more people can be included and capacity can be freed up where the needs are greatest.

Through Nyby, I get to work at the intersection of collaboration, implementation and documented impact. It inspires me to contribute to solutions that both strengthen everyday work in the services and give municipalities a better basis for prioritising and scaling what works.
