What drives me
I am motivated by building communities where more people are seen, included and given the opportunity to contribute. When we create safe arenas and connect people and resources in the right way, small contributions can turn into major change for individuals and local communities alike.
Through Nyby, we have the opportunity to make collaboration more structured and accessible, so that more people can take part and more good forces can be mobilised. It inspires me to work on solutions that create real inclusion, in practice.
