Welcome to the welfare society of tomorrow in Bamble municipality

With Nyby, Bamble municipality has established a community network with a wide range of resource groups to help the most vulnerable. The municipality's healthcare professionals collaborate, amongst others, with students, residents on job training and religious communities for them to have improved workdays, and for those they are responsible for, in need of care, to get "that little extra" in their everyday life.

One of the most enjoyable aspects regarding Nyby are that one gets to connect so many people. To create a community network. E.g. young people, on benefits, comes in and becomes a massive resource to others. (…) One dares to think of the municipality as a whole.
